Blessings

As in the silence
Listening to the ticking clock
Covered in darkness
Hoping for the moments to come
Dreaming of sunrise
Where I hide my colours

Travelling in the time machine
Turning the pages of life
Picking from the memories
Sketching a rainbow
Wondering
Is it my choice?

Flapping wings of butterflies
Garnishing the garden
Brightening flower buds
Waiting for their turn
Counting
How many weeks left to be loved?

Thoughts raining in the dawn
Hoping for the clock to turn
Autumn days I spare my leaves
To feel the shiver that you can give
One may come to build a nest
To escape from a passer by
Misty morning can cover the views
Fresh air will give a perk
Chirping robin on the fence
Singing for the loved one near
Blessings are always around
To keep the smiles in place

‘Happy Valentine’s Day’

Love in the corner
Waiting to be told
Fragrance spreading
Swift with the breeze
Roses in his hands
Swaying with rhythm
Redness of exposure
Bringing smiles and a blush

Moments are looming
Delaying his soul
Bicycle he was riding
Crushed beneath the car
The scent of vodka
Hangs in the air
Delightful view
Brushing his thoughts

Bow on her hat
Splash of pink on her face
Clouds that are forming
Drift the brightness of glow
Roses are resting
To carry the warmth
The label on the ribbon reads
‘Happy Valentine’s Day’

Winter Blues

Tiny dewdrops like tears on the windscreen
Hiding the views in winter blues
Siren from a speeding ambulance
Reminding the pace of peril a bruise

Hammering beats of a passing train
Stuck on thoughts in the railway cross
Beeping bleats from  moving cars
Breach the hush on the road across

Blowing breeze trying to swirl
The shady clouds that foam at the hem
Scattering beams up in the air
Glazing the sky like a glossy gem

Stirring through the fantasy world
Figuring out the colours of a rainbow
Humming birds are all around
Flying over the garden like an arrow

Shooting Stars

Counting stars laying on the meadow
Wondering about what was in his thoughts
Twinkling stars glittered in the twilight
Reminding me of the shooting stars
Breeze from the shore bracing my heart
Bringing him closer to cool me down
He rolled on the side to give me a glimpse
Silky grass underneath snuggled us on the ground
Up in the sky where I missed my hopes
Knocked my reasons to  stay in the field
All I wanted was to behold the falling star
For the dreams that I left behind
He was waiting for me to reach him
And we strode on our way back home
"Shooting stars rain down tonight'
News in the paper made  my head ache

Face in the Photoshop

Face in the Facebook

Placed for admiration

Face in the Photoshop

Slimmed to perfection

Face in the Facebook

Shaped for essence

Face in the Photoshop

Made it balance

Face in my Facebook

Beautiful as ever

Face in the Photoshop

Worked it so clever

Face in my Facebook

Hide me forever

Face in the Photoshop

Conceal it whatever

'I compromise to God'

I compromise to God

I compromise to God

And I compromise to God

When it rains

I allow myself to get wet

Because I compromise to God

When the thunderstorm wakes me up

I stop complaining

Because I compromise to God

When the lightning makes me scared

I smile and accept it

Because I compromise to God

When he makes comments about me

I ignore it in many ways

Because I compromise to God

When she tells me about her burdens

I give my ears to listen

Because I compromise to God

When the chilli burns my eyes

I pour water to ease it off

Because I compromise to God

When the sun disturbs my sleep

I close my eyes to bring the darkness

Because I compromise to God

When I promise that I compromise

I swear that it’s true

Because what else can I do?
